About Cebu Private Van

Who drives you

Cebu Private Van is a booking service. We work with local partner drivers who own and drive their own vans, and we match your trip to a driver who knows the road. Before your trip we send you your driver's name and number on WhatsApp. Nobody else contacts you.

At the airport your driver waits outside arrivals with a sign with your name; at a hotel, in the lobby. Send us your flight number and we track it, so a delay doesn't cost you your ride.

How booking works

1. Pick your route and date in the quote form. Where a route is priced, the price for the whole van shows straight away.
2. WhatsApp opens with your trip written out. You tap Send.
3. We confirm the van, your driver and the total price. Nothing is booked until you agree.
4. You pay your driver on the day. Trips 7 or more days away take a card deposit, fully refundable up to 1 week before; see the booking terms.

Who we suit, and who we don't

A private van makes sense for families and groups of up to 9 people with a suitcase each, for dive gear, and for the long roads: Moalboal, Oslob, Malapascua and Bantayan, or a van with driver for your whole trip.

For one or two people with light bags, the bus is far cheaper on the long routes, and Grab or a taxi is cheaper around the city. We'd rather tell you that than sell you a van you don't need.
