Nothing is booked until you agree

Sending your trip on WhatsApp is a request, not a booking. We reply with the van, your driver and the total price. Your trip is booked once you agree to that price on WhatsApp.

The price

Every price is for the whole van, not per person, for up to 9 people with a suitcase each.

• Included: the van, your driver, fuel, tolls and parking.
• Not included: boats and ferries, entrance fees such as the whale sharks or waterfalls, and meals, paid by you on the day.
• Stops: short stops for water, a photo or an ATM are free. A longer stop, such as lunch or a waterfall, is agreed with you first.
• Night pickups: tell us your landing time and we confirm the price for that time before you book.

The price we confirm on WhatsApp is the price you pay. If your plans change the trip, for example an extra stop or a longer day, we agree the new total with you first.

Paying

• Trips less than 7 days away: no deposit. You pay your driver on the day; we tell you how when we confirm your trip.
• Trips 7 or more days away: a card deposit holds the van. It is fully refundable up to 1 week before your trip, and the rest is paid to your driver on the day.

Changing your date

Rescheduling is free. Tell us on WhatsApp as soon as you know and we move your trip to the new date or time, as long as a van is free then.

Late flights, boats and ferries

Send us your flight number when you book. We track it, and your driver adjusts the pickup to your actual landing time. For Malapascua and Bantayan we plan the drive around the boats. If weather or the coast guard stops the crossings, tell us and we move your trip; rescheduling is free.

Who runs your trip

Cebu Private Van arranges your trip with a local partner driver. We send your driver's name and number before your trip. Read more about us.
