How booking and payment work
- Nothing is booked until you agree the van and the price on WhatsApp.
- Trips 7 or more days away: a card deposit holds the van, fully refundable up to 1 week before the trip.
- Trips under 7 days away: no deposit.
- The rest is paid to your driver on the day.
- Free rescheduling. Your flight is tracked and your driver adjusts to your landing time.

Per van. One price covers the whole van and your driver, for up to 9 people with a suitcase each. A group of 1 to 4 can ask for a smaller SUV, which costs less.
Your driver, fuel, tolls and parking, meet and greet at arrivals, and short stops for water, snacks or an ATM. Ferry and boat tickets, entrance fees and long stops over an hour are not included.
Only for trips 7 or more days away: a card deposit holds the van and is fully refundable up to 1 week before. For trips under 7 days away there is no deposit. The rest goes to your driver on the day.
Yes. Rescheduling is free. Send us the new date on WhatsApp and we confirm the van and your driver for it.
